    Default Can My Mom and Stepdad Kick Me Out

    My question involves juvenile law in the State of: Pennsylvania

    My mom and i got into a fight and she kickes me out of the house. I went to my dads house but he doesnt live in the school district. I want to go back to her house to finish my senior year. Im 17, is she allowed to kick me out of the house?

    No, she is not. She is responsible for you til you reach the age of 18.

    Until you're 18, your parent(s) or legal guardian is LEGALLY responsible for you. If mom won't let you back into the home, and hasn't made arrangements for you to live elsewhere (like to your dad's), then call police and let them explain to mom that either she provides for you as required by law, or faces going to jail.
