Default Can Alimony Be Changed After Divorce is Final

My question involves a marriage in the state of: CA

My husband pays 4000 in alimony and his ex informally asked for more. Can she file for more alimony? She is only suppose to receive 9 more payments.

She can file whatever she wants, but she likely will not be successful unless something has changed in either hers or your husband's financial circumstances and even then the court may decline the petition.

Your husband has absolutely NO obligation to give her a single cent over what he's ordered to pay.
