Problems With Child After Abuse Accusation

My question involves child abuse or neglect in the State of: Tn last year I went to jail for paddling my daughter the judge. And da dropped it as not essicive or abuse. Now that's not all my hubby was arrested for being in the home. We have three teen daughters and this was my youngest. An outside agency had instructed us to paddle her My hubby's brother had said he made the call and had made other calls over the years the rest of the things we well him and his wife said we were doing were we were selling using making drugs stealing fencing anything including cars trucks just anything. And my personal fav I was starting fires for money dcs also put in the sepona our religion was an issue but they put our youngest daughter in whith her aunt who is very into the religion they stated we were which we are not. Before we could get a verdict a dcs worker whisked. My daughter out of state the judge did not sign for her to go neither did we she was told she would be put up for adoption. While she was in the different state she was abused she had scabies for three months and was stabbed by other teens in them kneck. We finally proved the abuse to the local dcs office and they brought her back we got a monster she came and attacked three officers and kicked out a squad car window she was then out in a juvie group home. So now she has to be good for so long for us to take her out but her mentor can take her prof hockey and sporting events and concerts. We are supposed to have rights over her schooling and medical we don't. Now it's a class e felony for reporting child abuse falsely they did not bring him up on them. We were even accused of having a cat house with the girls as part of it. We have been accused of hard things we had a dcs who lied on the stand they said we had no heat we have wood heat they said we had our electric turned off regulary It's never been shut off they told the judge this We passed drug tests we had our home flipped apart my picture was in the paper as a child abuser the police have been all thru my home we have lived the last year in a nightmare that won't end now dcs wants child support my husband is on disability and she gets a check off that which we gave from the get go I am signing up for disability they the child support office had it from my husbands rather and his wife he was working I was and we had lots of income they lied and instead of anyone checking it it was listed as fact. We were told if we owned our home they would take it and my hubby has thirty-five stock which the state says needs to be sold for our daughter. We have two other kids at home who have gone thru hell we need advise I will answer all questions and would scan any court papers if someone needed to see them I need to know how to get someone in to investigate this dcs office they were unethical by lying to the court and we have proof they lied when we went to a lawyer we were told they won't take anything with dcs it seems they are the boogieman for here. We need to know how to get someone to file charges on his brother for years of false reports he even called in when we did not live in the state that call was on the sepona as well and he made spectular calls that one was our kids were playing in the yard with guns. We lived a state away and proved it our kids had been in the local newspaper and with school records. We need help for our daughter she has sever dangerous scary mental issues. The agency who instructed me to paddle her went to dcs with us and it's a place dcs makes people go thru. They even told us what they told us to do was wrong but we had to keep them in the home and do what they say. My daughter is violent and my other daughters told dcs she was hurting all of us she starts fires and has poisoned people in the past. She has silver hair and looks like an angel so most people can't put the deeds with the face after two weeks the say pops sorry . She's going to a lock down juvie facility tues we are supposed to be part of everything we are not we need all around help there's allot more to this story but these are the bones. I also want to make sure this never happens to anybody again and we need to be able to see the light at the end of the tunnel. Now it's dark and dreary pleas e all advise is welcomed

As convoluted as your situation is, there is no real direction anyone can point you in. What appears to be a given, is the child in reference is beyond your ability to control. Further, the system appears determined not to let you have the child. I would not waste money on lawyers. I would let the state handle the child as they wish. I would try to minimize the financial drain they impose on you. When things settle down a bit, I would consider moving to another state, if you wish to raise your other children with minimal interference.
