I was recently cited for 90 in a 65 on my Motorcycle @ 7:00am.
No denial, I was speeding, although I did not admit anything to the officer.
Two errors, year of my motorcycle, he wrote '04, even though the registration states '03 (I know this is minor).
Second, when trying to access the online court (to see the status), I kept erroring, so I looked @ my ticket more closely, and he has my birthday wrong. He wrote (and entered into the computer) 11/27, when my license states clearly 11/29.
Does the combination of two errors on a single citation help raise other questions, or do I not even attempt?
Secondly, the notice that came in the mail states a 'Bail' of $846 (ouch!!!!)
When I finally got online, it shows that I can pay the $846 (plus a $10 fee), or select traffic school for $225 (+$10). Does this mean that I will only have to pay $235 to go to traffic school, or is that in addition to the ticket of $846?
There was also a failure to show proof of finaincial liability (my insurance card was expired, but I have been insured always).
