Default Still Shots of a Home "Video" Posted Online

My question involves defamation in the state of: Ohio. About 3 years ago my ex-girlfriend and I made a home "video." When we broke up, I told her to keep it and do whatever she wanted with it. Recently, I have found still shots of this video posted online. My face is blacked out and my name is not listed but I know it's me. Can I do anything about it?

How is she breaking her end of the deal?

I get what your saying, but can she DO that?? They are on a "popular social networking" site that rhymes with Pacelook and are posted as public. Like I said, there is no real nudity, my face is blacked out, and my name is not one them anywhere, but I know that its me. I didn't give her permission to post my pics online. isn't that invasion of privacy or something? can't i go to the police?

At least she had the decency to black-out the face.

LMAO!! I know it was dumb to give it to her, but seriously, do i have any legal recourse?

I mean, she could burn it or keep it, not post stills on line.

Read the terms and conditions of the website she posted it on and see if she violated any of the sites terms and conditions. If she did, report it and have the content taken down. But remember she can post it anywhere she see's fit now.
