A lawyer will not any substantial legal advice unless the person is their client. As to the form of a response the OP can go to the courthouse and read other answers to counter complaints.
But if this is a custody or other marital issue the OP needs a lawyer.
An answer to: does she deserve alimony? I would answer that the respondent has insufficient knowledge of the facts or of the facts plead to be able to answer.
For 9...here's an answer: defendant admits that the children are in care of the plaintiff and defendant. defendant has insufficient knowledge to the claim that the plaintiff seeks temp ...custody to answer this part of the inquiry.
Or, if you believe that the plaintiff is seeking custody then the answer to the entire thing is simple: admit.
I think the complaint probably discusses custody issues, yes?
