That's good news. I'd hate to imagine having to proceed with the divorce, dealing with a state 1000 miles away. No I never signed the birth certificate, the child was not mine. We didn't have relations until we married, and the baby was full term, 6 months into the marriage, a difference of 3 or more months.
You don't have to be there or sign the birth certificate, you were married, you are going to have to also disestablish paternity in addition to divorce/annulment or you will end up paying child support for a child living in another country once she gets deported.
