My question involves business law in the state of: Ohio

I have a small business (LLC) with a partner that I need to dissolve. I obtained a license to produce goods through a State regulatory authority six months ago. I recently learned that my partner has fraudulently obtained the same license. I approached my partner and expressed that I wanted to dissolve the company to which she stated that she wanted to continue to operate. I have two questions:

Considering that we do not have an operating agreement in place what is the safest/quickest way to relinquish my interest in the company? (or)

How would I go about dissolving the company knowing that she is liability and wants to continue operating? I would really prefer that she doesn't continue to operate under the idea/name I came up with; however, I don't want to get into a huge legal battle as there is very little profit to fight over at the moment.

My spouse purchased the domain name the company utilizes for our website and this is the only leverage I have without the existence of an operating agreement.
