Default Statute of Limitation for Rape in Colorado

My question involves criminal law for the state of: Colorado

I haven't reported an incident that happened nearly four years ago the first time and about a year ago the last time. I was afraid to report it and since then my fear has gone from my safety, to the safety of others. We were both minors at the time it happened. What are the legal limitations I would be facing if I choose to file a report? How does the statute of limitations apply here?

    How old are you now?

The SOL doesn't start running until you reach the age of majority. The difficulty though often lies with being able to prove the allegations. Have you sought counseling?
