    Default Drug Possession for Ecstasy

    My question involves criminal law for the state of: Texas


    I got charged with possession controlled substance and got deferred adjudication my question is can I still go to the border patrol or will this prevent me from going if anyone can answer this question it would really appreciated this was back in 2008

    If you mean you want to be employed by the border patrol or any other law enforcement, you'd better be prepared to be disappointed. Even with a deferred adjudication, it will be a big black strike against you.
