My question involves real estate located in the State of: Georgia.
I have a question regarding a multi-family property behind my house. The property was originally slated to be a condo conversion and renovations were being made. However, I guess the developer ran out of money and foreclosed. It's now empty and basically stripped down to nothing but the studs and some rough-in plumbing (brick exterior). There are no windows or doors, just holes. Some of which look over my back yard. I've been noticing some shady individuals going in and out of one section and it's making me feel unsafe. They have a complete view of my yard and I'd rather not call the cops since they have seen me out in the yard and I'm worried about being targeted somehow. I found the sales agent for the building and I plan on calling them to get the property secured through the owner as a recourse. But was wondering if there is a statue or law I can refer to if I get any push back?
Thanks
