Can I Get Emancipated

My question involves juvenile law in the State of: California
I was wondering if i could get emancipated if i don't have any money or a place to live. My reasoning for this is I recently discovered I am a lesbian and I'm in love with this girl. I want to be with her more than anything, but my parents wont let us because they're christains and they believe it's wrong. I'm not allowed to see her or talk to her anymore. I use to go to this really good school that helped me learn better, but my parents made me leave because she also went to school there. They make me feel bad for being this way. I can't handle it anymore. Can I get emancipated for this reason?

No. If you want to emancipate you need to do a lot more than tell the court, "I'm a lesbian and my parents won't let me date girls." Read the stickied threads.

Absolutely not. There is NO reason that is good enough if you don't have the financial means to support yourself. Emancipation means that you, and you alone, are responsible for your rent, food, clothing, utilities, transportation, medical care, insurance, school fees and supplies, staples, etc. etc. etc. If you have no money or a place to live, how do you plan to get by? Emancipation does NOT mean that you are free from your parent's rules but still get all your support paid by someone else. It means that you are declared a legal adult and are completely responsible for yourself.

The fact that you think you can get emancipated because you enjoy sex with other girls and no other reason, is proof you do need adult supervision.
