Default Payment to a Senior Facility

My question involves business law in the state of: South Carolina

Will a senior facility continue care of a patient if they have an outstanding bill of 80k and allow that patient to remain in that facility or will they remove the patient and send them to a state run facility?

Default Re: Regarding Payment to a Senior Facility

When you asked them how long they would continue to care for a patient who was not paying her bill, what did they say?

Is this a charitable facility? A nonprofit?
