Default Visitor's Visa for My Father

I am getting married to my American boyfriend soon and would like for my father to come to my wedding. I cannot send and invitation due to not straighten paper work. If my boyfriend sends an invitation for him to come to the wedding would there be a problem that I am illegal right now. Is it going to help if we get married in court and then he sends the invitation, before I even apply for a Green card.
My father lives in Bulgaria; 66 yrs old; retired; widow; owns a home; doesn't speak English.
    Thank you

What is the concern here? That if you send your father an invitation you'll undermine your intended claim that you didn't intend to marry when you entered the U.S.?

Your father can't get a tourist visa without a wedding invitation in hand?

My father doesn't speak any English and i doubt it he can pass a tourist visa interview. Plus he will be traveling alone and doesn't have to show money to be a tourist.
My concern is the immigration finding me before i get my green card.

You don't have to speak English to get a tourist visa.

How do you imagine that the USCIS will figure out that you're unlawfully in the U.S. if your send your father a letter?

I would think that as soon as they see my name on the invitation letter and type it in their system they will find out.

You believe that the USCIS intercepts all outgoing U.S. mail, scans it and processes it by OCR, cross-references it with the names of all people who have ever entered the U.S., and then follows up on any matches between people who are supposed to have left the country and the names of senders who are using return addresses based in the United States? Seriously?

    Invitation to a wedding?

    Are you serious?

It could be any number of Xavier Kronopolouses sending the invitation. I suppose we thought YOU would have figured that out. Because you're not SPONSORING him, are you?
