Default Adjustment of Status After Entery on a B2 Visa, Married to U.S. Citizen

I entered the US on a B2 visa for the 4th time in June -valid for 6 months- and met my current husband in july. We fell in love and got married last week.
My visa is still valid for a month and I am worried that I probably won't have enough time to apply for an adjustment of status. Do you think I can make it? I don't want to go back and have to wait a long time before being reunited. Also, my husband doesn't have a passport currently, and I was wondering what other documents are required to prove citizenship besides the passport?
Could anyone please tell me what documents to send for the AOS application? or give me a link to a thread that explains that in detail? thank you so much

Do I think that the USCIS will be incredibly skeptical of your claim that in June you entered the country with no intention of overstaying and every intention of returning home as promised, met somebody for the first time in July, fell in love and married within three months, and have no need to even return home to quit a job, take care of your home or personal property, or for any other reason, but that this is all entirely above-the-board and bona fide? I would expect a lot of skepticism. If I were you I would discuss the details with an immigration lawyer.

There are hundreds of threads in this forum describing the I-130 and I-485, and associated forms associated with adjustment of status. Beyond that....

    Thank you for your reply!
I know that they are going to question whether the marriage is a bona fide or not so I will be meeting with an immigration lawyer soon.
Another question= Do we need to send a bank statement and a copy of tax returns for the last 3 years initially, with the I130 and I485 forms? or do we have to show these documents later?
Also, can we use a transcript of tax returns -which is free- instead of a copy of tax returns-which is 171 dollars for 3 years-?

    Thank you
