Default Disorderly Conduct Charges in Ohio

My question involves criminal law for the state of: OHIO

I got fired because I was told that I lied on a job application because I did not disclose a minor misd. Disordery Conduct. I thought that I did not have to disclose that information on a job application in Ohio. Can someone clarify this for me?

I can't see the application from here. Did you in fact lie?

If this was a minor misdemeanor for marijuana possession under ORC 2925.04, "a minor misdemeanor violation of this section does not constitute a criminal record and need not be reported by the person so arrested or convicted in response to any inquiries about the person’s criminal record, including any inquiries contained in an application for employment, a license, or any other right or privilege or made in connection with the person’s appearance as a witness".
