Default Re: 2 Probations 2 Counties Didnt Finish Either One is There a Statute of Limitations

There is no statute of limitations on probation. Probation was the sentence handed down. Now, it's your responsibility to complete your conditions by the scheduled termination date. More than likely, there is a warrant. It may not be in the LEADS database, but I would hardly doubt that there's no warrant. Try calling the Clerks office were your charges were handled and see if they can tell you the most recent hearing results concerning your cases.
