You likely already signed the trespass notice. Remember the stuff you signed in the store? Again, this applies to ALL Kohl's stores.
The Civil Demand...usually within 1 week to a few months. Depends on how many cases the lawyers have to process.

in summery it says that i stay away from all khols stores location
and will pay for the merchandise stolen
The Civil Demand will be mailed to you. Expect $150+.
upon receiving civil demand can i asked the company that if they going to charge me or not.
because I asked LP officer about ban/no tresspass notice and she said that ban could be depend may six month or 2 years. and if I want to remove this restriction I have to write khols vice president he will review it and then lift the ban
thank you
I will do that.
one more thing if civil demand is more than $300 or so can I ask the collection company that if I can
pay it in monthly installment.
You can ASK. But if they say no, you'd better be prepared to cough it up.
If you accused of shoplifting your name would be in retail theft database which means you have no chance in finding job in retail and banking sector? does any one know what other job area I can apply with my name in retail theft database?
Yes, you can apply for a job at:
wwwGTFO_of_the_country_we_dont_need_to_import_thie ves_to_take_american_retail_jobs_during_a_recessio n_when_25%_of_our_kids_are_unemployed.com
In other news, your name can be added to a "database" without a conviction or police/court record. However, that database has to be FCRA compliant. Read the FCRA here: http://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/us...41_20_III.html
How much you worry about this one is up to you. Yes, your name could technically be added to some database to blackball you from employment. On the other hand, we're talking mall security, not the FBI here.
It would be added Kohl's, not mall security. Shows how well informed you are. The Nat'l Retail Theft Databases are used by many of the largest and most recognized retailers in the country so it could come back to bite OP. Does it always work? Nope but the odds are greater that it will work as designed. If the OP gets a job real quick before Kohl's submits their name, they may be okay. What does it having to be FCRA compliant have to do with the price of tea in China? I can assure you they have far more lawyers than you so it is most likely compliant. These companies aren't stupid like CAs are.
