Are you a creditor?
1. Talk to an attny who represents creditors
2. Contact that bk Trustee
3. Timely file a 727 Complaint
But, before you do any of the above, make sure you have your facts straight and all documented evidence available. If you are nothing more than a disgruntled creditor or vindictive ex spouse you will be laughed out of court.
Des.
I have bank records that can prove credits to his account that were never reported on his bankruptcy. The records were obtained via a subpoena. Specifically rental income on multiple properties. And I have proof that what he reported to BK court is different than what he reported in Family court. I am not an actual creditor other than child support that is owed. I am not disgruntled, but an ex-spouse yes, but the evidence is all in the documents. I had a BK atty (one who represents those who file BK and creditors) look at the documents and he was the one that alerted me to the extent of the fraud as told me I should report it.
I am posting here because I don't know the process and I can't afford to pay the attorney to lead/help me through it. The attorney was helping me on a Bk matter in family court. But thank you for your previous post, it has at least pointed me in a direction to get it going.
