Time to Start an Eviction in Washington D.C.

My question involves an eviction in the state of: Washington DC
My tenant cannot pay the rent because he lost his job. I gave him 30 days to find a new job, but she has not found a new job and cannot pay the rent. I have him on a month to month lease. How do I begin and complete the eviction process.
