I do tend to ramble a lot, forgot to mention that. If you actually would have read the post, you would see that I asked if some one could give me their opinion as to what they would do in my friends situation. I put the post in the unlawful eviction section because I didn't know where else to put it. I'm pretty ignorant to the law and I figured this would be the start to a eviction that might possibly be unlawful due to the reason behind it.
I just want to know if what the manager did was right and if my friend should just let it go, or respond to the manager. I'm sure he knows where to find the door, most people in the world know how to find doors. He feels terrible about what happened, I can tell by how you're talking that you think he's a bum or some thing but he's a really nice kid who has done a lot for people and I respect him very much, he's just scared and wants some ones help, that's all.
Thanks.
Also, it's not my friend worrying about living with daddy dearest or getting kicked out himself, he lives with his father because he's paralyzed from the neck down and he takes care of him full time, his dad couldn't handle being evicted and it's pretty hard to be a human being and not get into verbal arguments every so often. My friend just wants to know every thing is going to be okay. He would gladly move out in a second if it meant his father would lose his house and he does follow the rules and always has, like I said he's a great kid and doesn't do any thing to hurt any one. He knows he can just sit back and shut up about every thing, but maybe he feels like the manager is trying to take advantage of the situation, he feels threatened by the letters.
