    Default Rules for Reapplication

Because I'm having a tough time finding them, are there rules regarding the reapplication after a denial of citizenship? If so, where are they found? I'm trying to find whether there are mandatory wait times, or whether immediate reapplication is a possibility. I though that I read somewhere that you can only reapply immediately if you failed the English or civics portion.

    Default Re: Rules for Reapplication

I suspect the reason you can't find "rules", in a loose sense, is that there aren't any - you would want to address whatever it was that resulted in the denial, consulting an immigration lawyer if appropriate, then reapply after the concerns have been resolved. Having a lawyer review your application and background under such a circumstance would not be a bad idea, as resolving the first problem that resulted in denial doesn't necessarily mean there won't be a second (or third...) problem - and nobody wants to throw away application fees.
