Okay, thanks. I would rather not see what steps they want to take next. I am tempted to contact them now and make an offer via email (in writing) and also ask that when/if they accept a payment from me that they remove the judgement from my credit reports. I wonder if I should speak with an attorney before I even contact them - I am leaning towards this, even though I am nervous about them taking further action. Can someone be arrested in Florida for a credit card judgement I wonder?
