    Default Arrest Record on Background Checks in Texas

    My question involves criminal records for the state of: Texas

    I would like to know for an arrest that has not gone to court as of yet with no conviction will this show up on an employment background check?

    Not all backgrounds checks are the same. Could the arrest show up? Yes. Will it? No way to say for sure.
