My question involves a child custody case from the State of: Washington
State of Washington:
Both parties have agreed on residential schedule, parenting plan, and child support.
Next, do I visit the clerk, create a case, and have her complete the "acceptance of service?"
Or, can we visit the clerk, create a case, paying filing fee, and go into Ex parte to get orders finalized?
Washington State does require a parenting class.
Parentage has been established (have a paternity affidavit).
