Let me ask you this...
Why should the goverment assist in day care when by their calculation your contribution would cover it?
That is why you have a choice. Pay additional monies to the EX to cover day care or pay the amount Washington decides is a fair amount for child support and they assist in day care beyond what your support doesn't.
Do you see my point. That is why you are required to fill out the forms and NOT be able to come up with your own amount of child support to pay.
As far as paying an agency. My advice is to go thru an agency. It is the best way to have a audit of all your payments. So when and if the time comes years down the road, if there is a dispute you have additional means for arguing against it.
