Default Charged with Trespass by Night in Canada

I've already been charged with Assault and received a peace bond. I was recently charged with trespass by night and am just wondering what to expect. I know this is a US forum, but I just want to know what to expect (such as community hours, jail, a fine, etc). Thanks.

If it helps at all, we ran from the police and hopped through peoples yards, my friend got charged with drug paraphernalia as well as trespass by night.

You need to discuss your situation and any past criminal history with a lawyer in Canada.

I'm 17 years old. My mom got me at the station and she had to sign a bunch of papers. I don't even know when my court date is, the cops wouldn't tell me anything except for what I'm being charged for. They even took over an hour to read me my rights... AFTER questioning me :/

What part of "you need to discuss your situation and any past criminal history with a lawyer in Canada" did you interpret to mean "please tell us more"?

Law is very geographically specific. We are a US site and cannot and will not comment on Canadian law.

Actually, I was on another forum and got them mixed up because of the messages in my email. Sorry about that. But for the record, I've seen a few questions about Canadian Law and they were answered...

http://www.expertlaw.com/forums/showthread.php?t=3679 being one of them, and http://www.expertlaw.com/forums/showthread.php?t=50707 being another. Just to name a few.
