Default When Can I Hire a Lawyer

My question involves collection proceedings in the State of:TX

How far along would a case need to proceed before a lawyer typically will no longer be interested in being hired or no longer allowed to be hired?

Default Re: When Can I Hire a Lawyer

If you want to know if any given lawyer is interested in taking your case, you need to ask the lawyer. If you are willing to pay "whatever it takes", you'll find a lawyer.

I don't know what you are trying to get at with "no longer allowed to be hired". What circumstance are you picturing in which a court might tell you that you're not allowed to hire a lawyer? Are you to fire your lawyer half-way through a trial?
