Default When May You Resume Driving in Pedestrian Crossings

My question involves a traffic ticket from the state of: C

As the pedestrian is crossing the street, when i resume my drive?
Do i resume when the pedestrian is 3/4 of the passed, 1/2 passed, do i wait until the pedestrian has completely crossed the road?

Default Re: Resume Driving in Pedestrian Crossings

If the state of C is california, you must wait until they clear the roadway surface.
