My question involves labor and employment law for the state of: California.
I have been diagnosed with schizophrena for about 15 years now, have had no problem maintaing high-functioning and productive activities.
Lately however, I have been feeling off and not as productive. I made a request for ADA accommodation and then next thing I know I am on leave. Paid leave.
It could because of this one thing I did but to be so close to my request for ADA accommodation it seems suspicious.
Is it discrimination?
