    Default Underage Possession of Alcohol Record

    My question involves criminal law for the state of: NJ. My daughter was given a "complaint" and paid a fine to the municipal court of Ocean City NJ for underaged posssession of alcohol. OC is a dry town. She was at a private party and went outside with a beverage. My questions:" Is this on her "record"? Will it keep her out of college, job or military service? I treated it like a parking ticket but not wonder if we should try ti get it expunged?

    What is the exact statute or ordinance under which she was convicted?
