My question involves labor and employment law for the state of: GA and CO

Not sure how to phrase this...

I have an existing FMLA case to provide intermittent leave; this was received in GA and I have since received a promotion in the same company and been moved to CO. Does the existing case from GA still apply or do I need to again meet the requirements such as the preceeding 1250 hours etc due to the new location?
