    Exclamation Late Payments

My question involves an eviction in the state of: Wisconsin.
I live in a low income city house in Eau Clarie and am being evicted, based on late payments over the last three months. I have always payed the full amount and any late payments within a week of request and have otherwise been a good tenant.
Now they will not except any payments tell the eviction has completed and i don't know what my options are. I don't have any where to go and I am an only parent of three kids (11, 15, 18).

Any help would be much appreciated.

You're apparently not the only parent - are you receiving child support?

Based on your other post, this seems to be one of the reasons why you're wanting to relocate out of State - is that correct? If so, please add this information to your other thread

My family is in MN. I would actually loss much of my support by leaving the state and it would make visitation harder but the eviction plays a part in my decision as well. I'm not sure what I should add to my other thread, so pleas let me know.

If your landlord will agree to dismiss the suit based upon your payment of all the money that you owe, have him put that in writing and then pay the money that you owe.
I contacted Wisconsin Judicare and they told me that I should go to a hearing and if it's not handled correctly, he would take legal action on my behalf. He said that they should have given me the option to pay and they should have told me to come to the hearing rather then avoid the subject.
