My question involves a driver's license issued by the State of: Colorado.
Hi my husband and I were coming up from Colorado springs to Greeley Colorado and I was driving most of the way. When we got to Greeley I asked if he would take over since I had been driving for a long time and Im a new mommy so I needed a break since we were going all the way up to Fort Collins. We got pulled over after my husband made a right hand turn during a red light where it said not to turn on red. A cop was right by us and pulled us over. My husband has a suspended license because of not paying child support when he only didnt pay for like 3 months(his baby mama took him to court and they took it away). He didnt get thrown in jail but he got a ticket to come back to greeley and go to court. Is he going to have to go to jail when we go to court? Its his second time getting pulled over with a suspended license even though the first time is over 2 years old and he actually was going to get his license this week cause they said he could finally get it. He is the only one working and I dont know what Im going to do if he gets thrown in jail I mean we are ok if its for a few days but if its longer then that then I am afraid. Please help! Thank you!![]()
