Default Entering the U.S. after a Ban Expires

Hi, I was banned from entering the U.S for 5 years about 15 years ago, no criminal charges and no criminal record, is it safe to travel to U.S again or do I need to fill out any paperwork. Thanks

You should expect that you will need to apply for a visa. It's also possible that, even if not preventing entry, your prior deportation may result in more questions and scrutiny at the port of entry. I cannot promise you that you will be issued a visa or allowed to enter - you haven't indicated the reasons for your deportation or your nation of origin, so it's impossible to be specific.
