Default Subpoena For a Divorce Trial in Georgia

My partner is in the middle of a nasty divorce and his ex has issued a subpeona for me to testify. Do I have any rights and do i have to testify against my partner?

You have the right to testify, truthfully.

You can try to get the subpoena quashed, but given that this IS your partner and this is a divorce I don't rate your chances without an attorney.

Now with that said - is this a court-issued subpoena, or did it come from the ex's attorney?
