My question involves labor and employment law for the state of: KY

My question involves a case of workcase bullying which I have been informed is clearly not illegal. However, in this instance, the employer goes beyond simple harrassment. They have in the past informed employees that "I hired you and I can let you go" just before demanding that they put their phone on speakerphone and recieve a phone call on a personal cell phone. Or play back a voicemail on a personal phone.

There are many additional stories of considering retaliation, and suspected retaliation. But no proof. My question is whether the above example constitutes exthorsion. Also, this employer has demanded that certain people not spend time together outside of work and harrasses them if she thinks they did. I know most of what she does is not illegal, but am wondering if there is anyone to leverage what is clearly a hurtful employer.
