My question involves child support in the State of: OHIO
mother and father have shared parenting
father is residential parent for school purposes
mother pays 277.00 monthly child support
mother and father both agree to terminate support, father NO longer wantes child support, nor did he ever, it was filed by his lawyer, the point is father does not want nor financially need child support, and agrees to terminate it
father recieves medical card for child through job and family services (nothing else)

Question: Does mother need a lawyer to terminate the support order?
Mother called child support so did father and the case workers denied cancelling child support- mother and father were both told that they MUST take this matter to court, because it was court ordered in the divorce.
Is there any legal form mother can file on her own without having to hire a lawyer?
if both parties agree on terminating support is there any other way than obtaining a lawyer to do this?

thanks
