    Default Re: Tax Intercept

It appears that the new issue here is that the NCP was credited with making a payment that was never made.

Quote: So I just find out from the court clerk that they gave the NCP credit for the full amount of the the tax intercept against the arrears. The only problem is that I never got the money! Court clerk is saying I have to go back to FL DOR to set things right.

Your ex wife receives the money that is due her. You owe her for the time that she provided 100% of your childs expenses. I dont understand why anyone would want to manipulate their W-4 to take less money out....so that the ex doesnt recieve the money that she is due. What is wrong with you? Child support is exactly what it implies....Support for the Child. Financial support. Just pay it. Was your child provided for? safe? fed? clothed? Well...you couldnt ask for anything more. Coming from a man who is owed 38K in arrears, the NCP is getting off easy. Child support never includes the $$ it costs for extras...that the NCP doesnt get billed for. Who cares if they take your tax return...they are owed it.
