    Default Emancipation law for Oklahoma

I dont even know where to begin at. I am 17 years old and i wont be 18 until next year. I live in Oklahoma, and i have a situation with my parents that i can not resolve with them. I want to be emancipated because it isnt healthy for me to be living in a place where i have stress piled on me everyday from problems my parents have to deal with that isnt my problem at all. They basically expect me to feel pity for them, cause my dad is on fixed income and doesnt get to far with money and my mom is just a stay at home mother. Neither of them can afford anything I need, everything they need comes first before me. School is coming up soon and im afraid I may not be able to have all the supplies I need. It feels like I was a mix up at birth cause I dont feel like i am from this family at all. I cant see where i got my intellegence from cause it wasnt from either of them. My dad didnt graduate and my mom did when she was 16 but i cant see how she did. It hurts to know that you cant go to your parents and ask them important questions that you need help with and they tell you they dont know how to fix the situation. I cant get a job cause they will expect gas money from me to get me back and forth to work. I cant save up for a car if i have to give them money, they shouldnt even make a remark they shouldnt mind at all to take me back and forth. PLEASE HELP ME SOMEONE

A job is a very important requirement when one wants to support themself. It is especially important when someone needs to pay the rent, eat, pay utility bills, health coverage, car payment, car insurance, maintenance on the car, clothing, school expenses.....
