My question involves a traffic citation from the state of: Missouri

If cars are only allowed to park at the beginning of the block and a sign exists that says you can't park beyond it, shouldn't there also be a sign all the way at the end of the block?

There is no way to see the sign if you park in the last place at the end of the block because the sign is placed only at the beginning of the block.

Specific question is: is there a minimum distance requirement from the sign to the illegally parked car? If you can't see the sign - how do you know parking is not permitted? Don''t they usually have no parking signs both at the beginning and at the end of the block?
