    Default Tax Sale Redemption Period

My question involves a foreclosure in the State of: New York
In Oswego county NY can you buy back your property after it was sold for back taxes? Is there a redemption period after it is sold?

Default Re: Tax Sale Redemption Period

From what I'm seeing, the redemption period occurs prior to the tax sale. Check the terms of the sale or the conditions on the deed issued after the sale.
