My question involves child support in the State of: North Carolina
Hello, I'm a Non-Custodial Parent residing in another state; I’ve never been married to Custodial Parent whom resides in North Carolina. I am currently going a CS Modification Review that has not been finalized. The Custodial Parent has been on Unemployment since December 2010, during that time I received a Modification Review Order April 03, 2011. We both submitted our wages but the Custodial Parent reported 7.25 per hr (minimum wages) to the CS Agent. Well, I received the Proposed Mod. and it recommends that I pay additional 100.00 a month. On July 13, 2011, I reactivated my Face Book account to view my 14 year old daughter's page and I read where she mentioned her mom has a new job, after viewing the mom's page I found 5 posting revealing to her mother, family and friends that she's employed at a USPS in her area. I’ve emailed the CS Agent and her Supervisor (the original CS Agent from my daughter’s birth to 2005) on 13 and 14th July on the Custodial Parent “possible” change of her “wages” dating back from 06 JUN 2011, but I’ve yet to gain any replies.
How can I persuade her CS Agent or CSE to follow up on her client new wages before the Modification of Review is finalized?
