My question involves a marriage in the state of: TEXAS

We were married late 2008. The marriage was over shortly after. We never lived together. There were no acquired assets or accumulated debts of material amounts since the date of marriage. We have both agreed on an uncontested divorce. We only now have the time to take care of this. I am a resident of TX and a citizen, she is an illegal alien. However I don't believe her immigration issues will have bearing on our divorce from the legal advice I've sought. To the matters at hand:

From what I understand, there are 3 key things:

1) File an Original Petition for Divorce .
2) Obtain a notarized copy of a Waiver of Service from spouse.
3) Wait 60 days, submit the Final Decree of Divorce.

I'm just concentrating on the first two for now. Are these forms I can obtain (from the Harris County Family Law Center/Courts, NOT online divorce packages) and fill out, or are these self-generated and self-prepared legal forms that follow a particular legalese format for content/layout etc?

Can they be submitted simultaneously?

I have access to good free legal help (Sister = Family Law). She has offered to review the documents prior to filing, but since she is doing this pro bono I would like to minimize the amount of time she has to spend on them and do as much of the leg work myself. Thank you in advance.
