My question involves a driver's license issued by the State of: Nevada
First of all I'm new to the site and want to say thank you to all of you who contribute here.
Ok long story short I had a driver's license in TX that was suspended for a few years due to my inability to pay the surcharges. I took advantage of an amnesty program a couple of months ago and all my fees were reduced to $0 and I was told the suspension would be lifted. Now I have moved to Nevada and would like to obtain a driver's license here but I have a misdemeanor bench warrant in TX for a probation violation. Would it be possible to obtain a license in Nevada and get on with my life? Will the DMV check and will I be arrested/extradited?
