Exclamation Can Having a Tenant Lease Delay My Eviction Process After Foreclosure

My question involves a foreclosure in the State of: Georgia (Dekalb County)

If I have a tenant (roommate) leasing a room in my home, does this effect the speed at which I am evicted? I was told this can delay the process.

    Thank you!

You have no rights based on having a tenant. The tenant MIGHT have rights as a bona fide tenant in the foreclosure. The bank would be free to evict you and keep him if they wanted.
