Default Living in Another Family Members Home

My question involves a child custody case from the State of: Ohio. I live with my dad and I dont want to, my mom is in jail and I dont like her. Does the law allow a teenager, age 15, to live with their aunt?

If your dad says it is okay, then it would be allowed.

If your dad says no, then it would not be allowed.

Once mom is out of jail, unless there are court orders to the contrary, then her opinion would also matter.
