Default Proceeds from Sale of Property and SSI Eligibility

I own a trailer and lot ,I want to sell it, I would either give him the property or sell it and buy into his place. With my name on the title too. so I have a decent place to live , if I do this will I lose my SSI , I would pay part of expenses. I live in Florida

Who is "him"? A member of your household? A spouse? Fiance? Significant other?

Giving away money or property can cause a penalty non-payment period for SSI.

Selling property and buying another one may not cause the same problem, but then you'll be a co-owner and that may have its own problems.

    Who is he?

What happens if you and he no longer get along and break up? Will he pay you back? Do you have that in writing? Will he be able to afford it?
