    Default Court Order and Stalking

If the court order states there is to be no stalking, harassment

Is hiring a private investigator to watch, follow, and do whatever it is they do to document actions, considered stalking?

It may depend on the reason behind hiring the PI.

    Just to keep tabs?

    Or to discover nefarious action?

I can see that going either way in court...

I would be a building block for showing the dangers of men around my daughter. I could care less what she does to herself, but I'm very concerned for my daughter's safety as she is on number 4 that I know of inside of a years time. I am tossing up whether or not to take the step into gray waters, but I don't want to be kicking myself in the ass later if something did happen and could have at least did all I could.

That's going to be bordering on stalking/harassment.

You've got no proof that any of these men are actually a threat, do you?

Again, is there any indication whatsoever that your daughter is in danger?

If the answer is anything other than "Yes, so and so has a conviction for X and cannot be around children" or similar - you're overstepping the mark.

The court will not appreciate that.
