Default Commission on Sale of Airplane, 363(H) Sale of Co-Owned Property

My question involves bankruptcy in the state of: Oregon. Section 363(h) allows a sale of non-debtor's co-owned property. Must half of the liquidator's "sales commision" on sale of airplane, plus costs, be allocated to the non-debtor's share of the proceeds as a "cost " of sale?

It is going to depend upon the facts. If you're not comfortable giving us enough information to know what's happening, your role in the transaction, whether (assuming you're the debtor) you're trying to compel somebody else to cooperate with the sale of the item, etc., talk to your bankruptcy lawyer.
